Unit description
This unit takes a management perspective in introducing students to the organization and structure of hotels, restaurants, clubs, cruise ships and casino hotels.
Unit learning outcomes
On successful completion of this unit students will be able to:
1.Understand the structure of travel, tourism and the hospitality industry and the factors that affects them.
2.Describe different types of structures in hospitality industry
3.Understand and describe the types of hospitality ownerships.
